We were requested by the best warehouse company in Bahrain to come up with an identity for a new warehouse they were planning to build on land they acquired in Bahrain’s Hidd area. When we first started discussing the project we outlined that we thought there was a much bigger challenge in Bahrain, finding good, flexible space in which to grow a business.
We changed the brief from creating a logo and identity to creating a brand with that would fill a sizeable niche in Bahrain’s business landscape. From our research we could tell that SME’s were hungry for support and assistance in their attempts to scale up their operations. They needed tailored services which would support them along with space which could grow (or shrink) as their needs changed.
Majaal’s service suite consists of a range of offers which assist SME’s – from full fit out services, to loaning porters trolley’s the company provides not just space but also the means to make the space work for you. The brand started in a single warehouse in Hidd and is not extended beyond phase two and into phase three, each warehouse is progressively larger than the next.
The project has gone form being a part of the firm to being a core contributor to the firm’s balance sheet as well as being a proof point for the management team that investing in key market insights can deliver results that offer substantial ROI.
