Unisono appointed to Qudrat strategic brand development
Bahrain based corporation Lamar Holding recently completed it’s own strategic rebranding with Unisono and has commissioned the agency again to develop the brand strategy and corporate identity for it’s latest subsidiary, Qudrat.
Parent company Lamar Holding is a corporation with holdings across the GCC, which operates mainly within the industrial and supply sectors. It’s newest offering Qudrat will be created to target the contract employment services sector in KSA. With a specialist focus on outsourced and end-to-end HR solutions for the industrial and construction sectors in KSA, Qudrat’s offer is unique in that it provides not just hand picked individuals for key roles but also teams who can be plugged in and out of projects on demand.
The firm will also supply training and careers to Saudi’s who have often be reticent to work in the sector due to high churn rates and low job training and security.
Commenting on the win, Amy Morgan, Director of Strategy at the agency said “Qudrat’s potential market is huge. KSA is growing and the sector is suffering from a lack of well trained man power – Qudrat has all the right principles in place to make a real impact. The agency is expected to begin roll out of the new brand by the end of the second quarter of this year.
