A quick introduction to Tunis Bay, GFH’s newest Tunisian real estate brand
One of many projects managed by GFH Financial Group, the GCC’s leading financial group is Tunis Bay, a flagship urban development in a northern suburb of the capital, Tunis. With its sophisticated and luxurious infrastructure and environment and conveniently situated close to the heart of Tunis metropolitan community, Tunis Bay is a real estate brand expected to be a model city for both families and businesses alike.
Challenges faced by the Tunisian real estate brand
In 2018, Tunis Bay’s mother brand, GFH Financial Group, approached Unisono with an exciting project for the new venture. After a period of dormancy and facing a challenging economy, the brand is now set to create a buzz and be the talk of Tunisia. With phase 1 nearing its completion in 2019, Tunis Bay seeks to encapsulate the country’s vision for a thriving future. With that goal set, Tunis Bay needed an identity that is aligned to its promise and personality – one that exudes sophistication and luxury.
Our strategic approach
Unisono developed Tunis Bay’s new identity and gave it a brand uplift by a simple reduction in the previous form’s excessive complexity – replacing an illustrative icon with an elegant and sophisticated word mark. The objective was not only to elevate the brand’s image but also its target audience’s awareness and perception of it. The new identity was part of a new communication drive which encompassed a 360 campaign with a new website in support. The new campaign featured artists renders of the new city to help increase awareness of the key opportunities for developers and end users alike.
Team Unisono delivered Tunis Bay’s new identity and brand toolkit as well as a stylish brochure, bags, out-of-home and press advertising and a stunning new website. Once again, our brilliance and passion for outstanding results has impressed one of our long-standing clients and continues to strengthen an already sturdy and fruitful relationship. The new identity coupled with a compelling awareness campaign has helped GFH to build increased confidence in the offer amongst the key sub-developer audience in the country.
