Dynamic branding solution and new visual language for new property brand

We set about creating a simple and effective brand strategy and creative solution that would give clear distinction from Amlak's governmental past while illustrating it's ingenuity and future direction.

Problem

Dynamic branding was the solution needed by the previously government department at Bahrain’s Social Insurance Organisation (SIO). Amlak was the name chosen by the board to represent a newly established full service property investment and development company.

Strategy

The new dynamic branding solution we created highlights the core strategy of the brand. To reimagine a building’s value based on it’s context and the community is serves. The identity solution was designed to mirror this strategy directly.

Result

The highly original creative solution not only sets this brand apart form all others in it’s sector but also sets this new firm on course to create a unique position for itself in the region’s highly contested property sector. The work for Amlak won a highly coveted Silver at the MENA Transform awards in 2014.
