Passionately curious about life, the universe and everything, Amy is our CEO, Director of Strategy and chief driver of ‘positive transformation’ at mission control.

Those who know her will not be surprised to know Amy could talk before she could walk, spending the early years of her life pestering everyone around her with big questions like ‘Why?’. This habit has continued into her adult life and is at the heart of what makes Amy, Amy. A lively, ambitious and remarkably articulate “energiser-bunny” with a startlingly raucous laugh, she is an avid tree-hugger with a keen interest in all things mystical, magical and alternative.

Signature attributes of curiosity and enthusiasm, combined with her insight and intuition, make her a natural champion of all things strategy-related, bringing clarity to complex business situations and giving rise to inspiring new perspectives. Her enthusiasm creates a positive and dynamic energy that reverberates throughout Unisono, encouraging everyone to deepen their thinking and constantly challenge themselves to achieve their best.

Amy started her career as a strategic business analyst, these skills, combined with extensive international and regional experience, have equipped her to deliver business solutions, inspirational strategies and marketing communications that have resulted in many client success stories and several international awards. Amy has an abiding passion for entrepreneurialism and creating positive change through communication.

Amy’s clients have ranged from large financial institutions, to small start-ups – and everything in-between.

Education & Experience:

Amy graduated from Manchester University in 1995 with joint honours in philosophy and politics. Since then she has gained vast experience in communications, business analysis and strategy. After working with Prudential as a Business Analyst, Amy moved to Mloop – initially as a Business Analyst – before becoming Head of Communications and Environment.

In 2001, Amy co-founded Tap (London) – a holistic branding and design consultancy before moving to the Middle East in 2003. Amy worked as a Strategic Consultant for many notable clients – including Sabic-SMO and Saatchi and Saatchi – leaving in 2006 to start Unisono.

As founding partner and Director of Strategy at an award winning consultancy, Amy is often asked to speak at public events and in 2008 she Chaired the Brand Summit in Dubai – to an audience with representatives from Microsoft, Cocoa Cola, HP, Yahoo!, eBay and Sony Ericsson.
