A quick introduction to the Ajdan real estate website

One of the GCC’s leading real estate brand’s, Aloula, has a sister company called Ajdan. This new brand is starting to turn heads in the domestic and overseas real estate market thanks to its first real estate development in the kingdom – Ajdan Waterfront. This new mixed-purpose project is the flagship waterfront development in the northern district of the capital of the Eastern Province – Alkhobar. Ajdan Waterfront comprises a residential tower (Ajdan Rise) and commercial development (Ajdan Walk) filled with sophisticated and luxurious restaurants, cafes and fashion brands. Conveniently situated close to the heart of the city’s downtown, Ajdan Waterfront is expected to be the hub for families and businesses. The brand needed an online presence as good as its marketing collateral and hence the brief to develop the Ajdan real estate website.

Challenge we had to overcome with the Ajdan real estate website

With the identity of this new high-end real estate brand previously communicated in luxuriously finished printed collaterals by Unisono, the Ajdan team needed a digital platform to reflect its purpose, values and promise. Unisono’s digital team were delighted to be assigned the task of creating a brand-new digital presence which started with the new Ajdan website. One that would give Ajdan’s audience a glimpse of its modernity and sophistication.

Our strategic approach and creative solution

As the guardians of the Ajdan brand, Unisono developed a clear strategy and direction for the website’s look and feel. The objective was to create a sophisticated and functional site that would serve as the online home of the brand, as it expands from one development into a multitude. To this effect, we developed the user experience (UX) and designed the user interface (UI) that revolved around the brand’s modernist principles and luxurious qualities as previously expressed in both the architecture and finishing of the CRC.
